- PUBLIC NOTICE: This is an open meeting to the public. Any adult wishing to participate in the meeting please contact the CJC Director Susanne Mitchell (at least one hour prior to the start of the meeting / 11:00 am on May 3rd). Requestor will be given a link to participate in a web-based meeting that can be heard via telephone (audio) or computer format (audio and video). Public are permitted to provide public comment at the beginning of the meeting for up to 3 minutes on matters relevant to the CJC Program.
