Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will conduct a public hearing to receive input on proposed amendments to the South Meadows Area Specific Plan, an appendix of the Payson City General Plan. The applicant, Sheila Michaelis is requesting approval to modify the land uses, density, transportation, and utility and infrastructure systems for property generally located between 800 South and 1130 South and between 1700 West and 2200 West. The meeting will be held on Wednesday May 19, 2021 at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
