- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing via Lifesize electronic meeting on May 11, 2021 at 6:30 PM. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the Pole Canyon NPA-17 Master Development Plan, Rezone, General Plan Amendment, and Preliminary Plat for a proposed single-family subdivision on approximately 57.19 acres of land southeast of SR-73 & Pole Canyon Boulevard, as well as a request for a code amendment to Chapter 16.35 Development Standards for Required Public Facilities to add a section regarding community mailboxes. Those interested in providing public comment may do so through a voicemail to 801.789.6611 or email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record at the hearing. The meeting will be livestreamed through the following link: https://eaglemountaincity.com/city-recorder/city-meetings-portal/#meetingdocs The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within 3 days of the meeting.
