- To be published on Friday, April 30, 2021, in the Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on May 13, 2021, to receive public comment on a request by Tyler Bodrero of PACE CM for a request to: 1) change the land use designation from Neighborhood Commercial to Residential High Density, and 2) change the zoning designation from A5 (Agricultural) to RM2 (Multiple Family Residential) on approximately 9.81 acres located at approximately 12197 S. 300 E. Applications: TEXTMAP-060-2021 and TEXTMAP-061-2021. This meeting will be an electronic meeting. Participation options will be listed on the agenda and the City's website. The hearing will be held electronically at www.draperutah.gov on May 13, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Maryann Pickering at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6391.
