- Notice of Planning Commission Public Hearings Notice is hereby given that the Enoch City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on May 11, 2021 at 5:30pm at the Enoch City Office, 900 E. Midvalley Road, Enoch, UT. The first public hearing is regarding a zone change application for Tapia Construction from Mixed Residential-2 (M-R-2) to Community Commercial for property located on Hwy. 91. The next public hearing will be for amending the Enoch Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 12-2802, Design Standards.
