- Notice is hereby given that Panguitch City will hold a public hearing on Wednesday May 12, 2021 at 6:30 PM during a regularly scheduled Planning and Zoning meeting in the Panguitch City Office located at 25 S 200 E Panguitch, UT. The hearing is to notify of a proposed zone change at 250 N 400 W. The property is zoned agricultural and the real property owner has requested the zone be changed to commercial. The public is invited to attend this hearing and provide comment on the proposed zone change. If you need special accommodations to participate in this meeting, please notify Lori Talbot 435-676-8585 at least 3 working days before the meeting.
