Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, to accept comments concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by Derek Stokes and Sharlee Stokes; and located within the areas of the annexable territory for future expansion defined by Richfield City. The property is located along 1950 South and identified as a portion of parcel #4-293-13. The complete legal description and the plat relating to the proposed annexation are available for review at the office of the City Recorder, 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah. Published on the Utah Public Meeting website pmn.utah.gov, at richfieldcity.com this 27th day of April 2021and in The Richfield Reaper May 5, 2021.
