- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City will hold virtual public hearings on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, and Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearings is to accept public comment regarding a resolution adopting the final budget of the Capital Projects Fund of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022. This meeting will be electronic pursuant to the Chair's determination that conducting the meeting at a physical location may present a substantial risk to the health & safety (due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic) of those who would otherwise be present at an anchor location, and pursuant to SLC Emergency Proclamation. If you are interested in participating in the Public Hearing, please visit the website https://www.slc.gov/council/ to learn how you can share your comments during the meeting. Comments may also be provided by calling the 24-Hour comment line at (801)535-7654 or sending an email to council.comments@slcgov.com. All comments received through any source are shared with the Council and added to the public record.
