Wednesday, April 28, 2021 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the Spanish Fork City Council Chambers, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. General Plan Amendment A. SWIFT CREEK. The proposal involves changing the General Plan Land Use Map Designation from Estate Density Residential to High Density Residential for properties in the vicinity of 1250 South 3400 East. 2. Zone Change and Preliminary Plat A. ESCALA. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-R to R-3 in conjunction with the development of 10 lots and 106 townhome units in a Master Planned Development to be located at approximately 1300 South Del Monte Road. 3. Final Plat A. CANYON CREEK PHASE 3, PLAT C. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 2 lots located at 508 East Commerce Way. B. CANYON CREEK PHASE 4, PLAT C. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 2 lots located at 439 East 1000 North. 4. Site Plan A. CANYON CREEK PHASE 4, BUILDING 4.10. The proposal involves a commercial development located at 439 East 1000 North. B. MILL ROAD ROUNDABOUT. The proposal involves a roundabout to be located at 1100 South Mill Road. C. OFFSITE WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS. The proposal involves offsite water reclamation facility improvements located in the vicinity of 2050 North 200 East. 5. Transportation Master Plan A. TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN. The proposal involves various revisions to the Transportation Master Plan. 6. Title 15 Amendments A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. 7. Adjourn
