NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments and take possible action on a request from Savory Swig Stores, LLC for site plan approval of a new drive-thru soda shop (Swig) at 2029 E. Fort Union Blvd. Please see reverse side of this notice for a vicinity map of the project location.
The Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will hold a Work Session Meeting at approximately 5:00 p.m., and a Business Meeting beginning at approximately 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 electronically. In view of the current Covid-19 pandemic, these meetings will occur only electronically, without a physical location, as authorized by the Governor's Executive Order 2020-05 dated 18 March 2020 and related legislation enacted after this date. The public may remotely hear the open portions of these meetings through live broadcast by connecting to http://mixlr.com/chmeetings. Each citizen desiring to attend the virtual meetings must register in advance by visiting the following links:

Public comments may be submitted to staff by email at ahulka@ch.utah.gov up to 12:00 pm MST on May 4th, 2021, the day before the hearing. Comments received by this deadline will be entered into the record and distributed to the Planning Commission prior to the meeting. Comments received after this deadline will be distributed to the Commission members after the meeting.
