Description/Agenda: FIELDING TOWN 2021 MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION NOTICE Pursuant to Utah Code 10-3-301, Fielding Town hereby gives notice the following municipal offices will be voted on in the 2021 Municipal Election: - Mayor - 4 year term - Council member - 4 year term - Council member - 4 year term Terms are expiring for Chuck Earl (mayor), Matt Petersen (councilmember), Tiffinee Pierson (councilmember) A person seeking to become a candidate for municipal office must: - Attend the election convention on May 19, 2021; 6:00 pm, Fielding Town Hall, 150 S 100 W, Fielding, Utah with nomination form of at least 25 signatures of registered voters residing in the municipality - AND - File candidacy petition with the recorder in person during the office hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, and not later than the close of those office hours between June 1 and June 7, 2021.
