Guest Speaker Pam Vaughn from the Springville City Library will be sharing her experience with Springville Library (new building opened during the Great Recession) E. Reports 1. Friends of the Library President 2. City Council Member 3. Library Director E. Work Session with City Council on securing a site for a new library (date, how to present, who to present) F. 6 month trial of non-resident library cards (prepare a statement for city council to approve and discuss data to collect) F.
