- AGENDA 1. Roll Call 2. Variance requested by Steve Scoville. He is asking for a variance on a setback in order to renovate and build an addition on an existing residence. This property is located at 1292 S. Bear Lake Boulevard in Garden City, Utah. 3. Variance requested by Scott Huskinson. He is requesting a variance on setbacks. Location is 58 N. Bear Lake Boulevard in Garden City, Utah. 4. Approval of Minutes: Approval of minutes for this meeting held on July 27, 2021 will be prepared and mailed or e-mailed to each member of the Board of Adjustments. The Board Members will have ten days to review the minutes and submit any changes to the clerk. If after ten days there are no changes, the minutes will stand approved. If there are changes, the process will be followed until all the changes are made and the Board Members are in agreement. Miscellaneous: Oath of office for new board member - Martell Menlove 5.
