- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm digitally via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86053924401 or by phone at 253-215-8782, Meeting ID: 860 5392 4401 to discuss the following matters: Public Hearing - Rezone from A-1 (Agricultural) to ID (Industrial Development) of approximately 1.45 acres at approximately 1998 W 2700 S to accommodate a growing home business Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at planningdepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (and by mail) at 1979 W 1900 S, Syracuse, UT 84075. Comments must be received at least five hours before the meeting. Comments received by the deadline will be read for a maximum of three minutes each; any unread remainder in excess of three minutes will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review at the Community Development Department and are posted at least twenty-four hours before the meeting at https://www.syracuseut.gov/AgendaCenter/ in the Planning Commission Category. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
