- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a code amendment, in chapter 10-35-040 titled 'Open Space Standards', and repeal ownership of open space, 4. Type 4 'Individual Private Ownership within a Subdivision'.
