Description/Agenda
The City Council will hold public hearing on Tuesday, May 4, at 6:00 p.m. Proposed Amendments to the Parks and Recreation Element of the General Plan. The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, May 5 and Tuesday, May 18, at 6:00 p.m. Zoning Map Amendment from R-R to R-3 located at 1300 South Del Monte for approximately 14.04 acres. General Plan Amendment from Estate Density Residential to Medium and High Density Residential located at 3100 East 950 South for approximately 11 acres. Proposed Amendments to the Transportation Element of the General Plan. Proposed Text Amendments to Title 15, the City's Zoning Code. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
