CONSIDER A ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION FROM TAPIA CONSTRUCTION FROM M-R-2 TO COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL C-C AND SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR MAY 11, 2021-Mike Brayley for Tapia Const.-The Commission will consider the zone change request. 3. CONSIDER CODE AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 12-2802-DESIGN STANDARDS AND SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR MAY 11, 2021-City Mgr. Dotson-The Commission will consider amending this chapter regarding curb, gutter and sidewalk requirements. 4. CONSIDER CODE AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 12-1107, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES/TRAVEL TRAILERS-TEMPORARY AND SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR MAY 11, 2021- City Mgr. Dotson-The Commission will consider amending this chapter regarding temporary RV's use on private property. 5. CONSIDER ANNEXATION BOUNDARY LINES- City Mgr. Dotson-The Commission will consider the annexation boundaries for possible changes. 6. PUBLIC COMMENTS 7. COMMISSION/STAFF REPORTS 8. Meetings of the Enoch City Planning Commission may be conducted by electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Annotated, Section 52-4-207.
