Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Land Use Authority Committee of Castle Dale City will hold a Public Hearing, and its regularly scheduled zoning meeting on Thursday, April 22, 2021, at the Castle Dale City Hall, 20 S 100 E, which meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Opening Statement. 3. Public Hearing For Todd Jeffs Public Comments on rezoning the property described below from R-1 8000 (Residential) to CC-1 (Central Commercial) Lot 1-26-11 in the Castle Dale City Plat This property is the Old City Hall at 65 E 100 N 4. Approve or deny Todd Jeffs rezoning 5. Approval of March 25, 2021 minutes. 6. Review of the road map in the general plan of 6th north. 7. Any other business which can properly come before the committee.
