Notice of Public Hearing on May 5, 2021 at 7:00 pm to be held at the Salem City Council Chambers, located at 30 West 100 South, Salem, Utah 84653, to consider an annexation petition. TO ALL CITIZENS OF SALEM CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH You and each of you are hereby notified that the City Council of Salem City has appointed the time of 7:00 pm on Wednesday May 5, 2021 for the purpose of a public hearing to consider a request from Brighton Annexation to annex 55.64 Acres of property owned by Richard B & Wilma B Riddle, The Leray Owen Warren Family Trust, Melvin N & Shirley T Bangerter, and Rich J Ranch LLC into Salem City limits. This property is located at approximately 9200 South and Woodland Hills Drive (Parcel #29:050:0057, 29:050:0065, 29:050:0042, 29:050:0041, 29:050:0035, 29:050:0044, 29:050:0060, 29:050:0118, 29:050:0096, 29:050:0043). All citizens of Salem City are invited to attend this hearing and be heard in regards to the proposed item. Jeffrey Nielson, City Recorder.
