2. Approval of March 15, 2021 Meeting Minutes
3. Update on bonding proposal discussed at March 15 COG meeting and subsequent review by COG Executive Committee and meeting with Zions Bank.
4. Discuss 2021 COG Applications and Process; consider different options:
a) No new projects considered for the current 2021 year; planning only
b) Approve Rural projects only
c) Fund past 2020 projects submitted and not funded, as well as rural projects
d) Do a normal call for applications as we have in the past
Along with any other options the COG might consider.
5. Discuss funding a county-wide master transportation plan
6. Consider allowing award of rural set-aside funds to be determined by rural mayors; urban mayors would determine urban award assignments. Language to be drafted by Jeff Gilbert for consideration at the next COG meeting.
7. Consider Amending the COG Local Transportation Fund Policy Manual
