Description/Agenda

Washington City Public Works Washington, Utah ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Separate sealed bids for construction of Washington City Chip Seal and Lane Leveling 2021, will be received by Washington City from bidders. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 AM on May 7, 2021, at the Washington City Public Works office, 1305 E. Washington Dam Road, Washington, UT 84780. The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and as shown on the DRAWINGS. Project will require chip seal to roadway areas within Washington City, including sections of Telegraph Road, Fields Road, and Washington Dam Road. Some areas will also require lane leveling prior to chip seal. The resurfaced areas will then be marked with appropriate paint striping. This project is funded by Washington City. Plans and specifications have been prepared by Sunrise Engineering, Inc. and will be available after April 27, 2021, on the Washington City website. The ENGINEER for this Contract will be Sunrise Engineering, Inc. and questions may be directed to Dustyn Shaffer, P.E.,Project Engineer.
