MIDVALE CITY MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2022 FISCAL YEAR TENTATIVE BUDGET The Midvale City Municipal Building Authority hereby gives notice that the Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Midvale City Hall, 7505 South Holden Street, Midvale Utah, to consider the adoption of the Midvale City Municipal Building Authority Tentative Budget for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022. The tentative budget will be available on the Midvale City website, www.midvalecity.org, after May 4, 2021. This meeting will be held in-person and electronically. Social distancing guidelines will be enforced for the in-person meeting. The meeting will be broadcast at: www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube If you would like to provide public comments electronically, please email your comments to lmagness@midvale.com prior to the completion of this item. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Board Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Board Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Board Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Board Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
