APRIL 2021 AURORA CITY PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING AGENDA Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday April 27, 2021 the Aurora City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their monthly meeting. The meeting will be held at 20 S. 120 E. in Aurora, Utah at 7:00 pm The Planning Commission meeting as follows: 1- Expression of Choice: Clint Johnson 2- Pledge of Allegiance 3- Welcome- Roll Call and Statement of Notice Given- Parker Vercimak 4- Review and motion to approve - minutes of the March 2, 2021 meeting. 5- Welcome new Planning Commission Member- Dana Coates 6- Items from City Council Meeting- Nancy Kennedy 7- Review of any new building permits 8- Aurora City entrance signs update - Julia Quarnberg 9- Cemetery ordinance question 10- In-active meters - coming back into service 11- Water conservation- adjusting 15,000 gallons water base rate 12- Bridge question-serving two separate lots. 13- Continue work on new Subdivision Ordinance. 14- Consider any other business from the general public. 15- Expression of Choice: Clint Johnson Dated this 20th day of April, 2021 _____________ Clint Johnson, Recorder
