Description/Agenda: The Town of Genola Planning Commission hereby gives notice of a public hearing Thursday, May 6, 2021, scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 N Main St. in Genola. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a proposed zone change petition from A-1 Agricultural Zone to the R-1 Residential Zone for the property owned by SME Holding LLC (Sheldon Ercanbrack) parcel # 29.016.0013, 29.005.0043 and 29.005.0030 located in Genola. Notice is further given that if the zone change is recommended by the Planning Commission, the Genola Town Council will hear this item at the May 12, 2021, Town Council Meeting to commence at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will also be held at the Genola Public Safety Building at 455 N Main St. in Genola.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify the Town of Genola two working days before this meeting. EEOE
