- NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING Zoom Meeting Information Meeting ID: 840 3555 9759 Phone: (346) 248-7799 The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on May 4, 2021 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - WPI is requesting that the City Council declare 2,433 square feet of property surplus for the purpose of selling the property to WPI for a commercial retail building. For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
