MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, April 15, 2021, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, APRIL15, 2021 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Review of Business Licenses: a. Burly Burger, 1077 West 12th Street. b. Fortress Property Management, 1045 South 1200 West. c. Regan and Company, LLC, 1045 South 1200 West. d. BA Blended Assets, 1045 South 1200 West. e. Craigland Properties, LLC, 1045 South 1200 West. f. Fiiz Drinks, 1077 West 12th Street. g. Utah Rental Agency, LLC, 1045 South 1200 West. h. Accent Painting & Special Coatings, LLC, 1439 South 1200 West. 4. Presentation by the Fremont Five Communities that Care: Madison Kilpack. 5. Arbor Day Celebration: Opening of the 1200 West Tree Planting. 6. Planning for possible future Cemetery. 7. Discussion/action on Resolution updating the policy for Park Reservations. 8. Officer reports and legislative oversight. a. Community Events: Fourth of July. b. Community Education and Outreach. 9. Closed executive session in accordance with the purposes in Utah Code 52-4-205. 10. Ratify acquisition. 11. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about April 8, 2021. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
