PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St George City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 5:00 PM to consider the following requests: A. Consider a subdivision amendment for Foremaster Ridge Phase 3 Partial Amendment A (Lots 309 & 310) by adjusting the common lot line and public utility and drainage easement northerly, making Lot 309 larger and Lot 310 smaller. By moving the easement it vacates the easement in the existing location and grants a new easement in the new location. B. Consider a subdivision amendment for Southgate Hills Subdivision Phase 5 Partial Amendment A (Lots 74 & 75) by merging the two lots together into one lot and vacating the public utility and drainage easement located between said lots. Interested persons are encouraged to present their views in writing to the City Council prior to the meeting for this public hearing, held in the Council Chambers - City Hall at 175 East and 200 North.
