Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL OFFICES TO BE VOTED ON IN THE SPANISH FORK CITY MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 2, 2021 One (1) Mayor and Two (2) City Council Member Positions - Four (4) year term each. Candidate Filing Period: Begins Tuesday June 1, 2021 through Monday June 7, 2021 (UCA 10-3-301, 20A-1-401 (3)(b) ). Declaration of Candidacy Forms or Nomination Petition must be filed in person with the City Recorder at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
