- RICHFIELD CITY CORPORATION PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., at the Richfield City Center at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on a proposal to amend the Richfield City Land Use Management Code to allow short-term rentals in all Residential zones.
