- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, May 5, 2021 a the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The City Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a resolution approving the Sanitary Sewer Managements Plan for Wellsville City.
