KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, April 22, 2021 starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Kaysville City Municipal Building located at 23 East Center Street. No participation using Zoom will be available; however, the public can view the meeting online via www.Kaysvillelive.com. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of the minutes from the April 8, 2021 meeting. 2. Conditional Use Permit for farm animals located at 617 Farmland Drive for Justin and Krista Hanks. 3. Preliminary Plat approval for the Crested Peak Subdivision located at 1387 South Sunset Drive for Brad Walters. 4. Preliminary Plat approval for the Hardin Subdivision located at 1413 West Web Lane for Mike Hardin. 5. Final plat approval for the Hardin Subdivision located at 1413 West Web Lane for Mike Hardin. 6. Preliminary Plat approval for the Heritage Square Subdivision Amended located at approximately 575 West Mutton Hollow Road for Justin Bennett. 7. Final plat approval for the Waterfront Estates Subdivision located at approximately 990 South Angel Street for Phil Holland. 8. Discussion Item: Mixed Use Zoning 9. Call to the public. 10. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 11. Adjournment.
