- SALINA CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Council will hold a public hearing April 28, 2021, at 6:55 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on proposed Ordinance 156-2021 an Ordinance Amending all Salina City Residential Zones to add a paragraph to prohibit mobile homes.
