- SALINA CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing April 28, 2021 at 6:50 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on a zone change from a Community Commercial Zone (C-2) to an RV Park Zone (RV-1). The property is located within the boundaries of Parcel # 1-S5-11, 1-S5-40, 1-S5-46; Total acres: 18.53 acres.
