- SALINA CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Council will hold a public hearing April 28, 2021, at 6:45 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on proposed Ordinance 155-2021 an Ordinance Amending Chapter 17.48, Community Commercial Zone (C-2); 17.48.040 Site Development Standards; To add Paragraph G. Corner Lots:1. 'Clear Vision Triangle'.
