Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF INTENT Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Title 11, Chapter 36A, Part 5, the City of Hildale hereby gives notice that the City intends to prepare an amendment to its 2016 Wastewater Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and to engage a contractor to prepare an impact fee analysis according to the requirements of the Utah Impact Fees Act. While the 2016 Plan covers the entire geographic area within the boundaries of Hildale, this amendment relates only to proposed impact fee facilities located within Zone A of the wastewater system service area, as illustrated in the attached map. Members of the public are invited to provide input and information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the referenced documents. The public may contact the City through City Manager Eric Duthie at 320 East Newel Avenue, PO Box 840490, Hildale, UT 84784, on the Hildale City Facebook page, or by email at manager@hildalecity.com.
