- TOWN OF FAIRFIELD NOTICE OF 2021 MUNICIPAL ELECTION Pursuant to Utah Code 10-3-301, The Town of Fairfield hereby gives notice the following municipal offices will be voted on in the 2021 Municipal Election: Council Member Seat C: 4-year term Council Member Seat D: 4-year term Terms are expiring for: Council Member RL Panek (seat C) and Council Member Jayson Densley (seat D). A person seeking to become a municipal town office candidate shall file a declaration of candidacy in person with the Town Recorder. Any resident of the Town of Fairfield may nominate a municipal town office candidate by filing a nomination petition with the Town Recorder. The State requires at least 22 signatures on the nomination petition. All individual candidates and nomination petitions shall be filed at the Town Office from June 1 through June 7, 2021, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. NOTICE: The Town Office is only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. If filing outside of these times, please call for an appointment at (801) 766-3509.
