NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers at 2700 W. Taylorsville Boulevard on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Person(s) wishing to make a public comment may attend the meeting or submit comments via email to jspung@taylorsvilleut.gov, or via phone/voicemail to (801) 963-5400 ext. 3709, no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members; all comments received are added to the public record. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Chris Zarek, Cowboy Partners, is requesting a General Plan map amendment for the property located at 1758 W. 5400 S. from Regional Commercial to High-Density Mixed-Use. File #1G21. Jay Bollwinkel, applicant's agent, is requesting a Zoning Map amendment for the property located at 1633 W. 6235 S. from Residential Single Family (R-1-10) to Professional Office (PO). File #2Z21. Mark Isaac, representing Thackeray Co., is requesting a General Plan map amendment for the properties located at 3815-3879 W. 5400 S. from Regional Commercial to High-Density Mixed-Use. File #4G21. Mark Isaac, representing Thackeray Co., is requesting a zoning map amendment for the properties located at 3815-3879 W. 5400 S. from Regional Commercial (RC) to Site-Specific Development (SSD). File #6Z21 Theresa Thornburg, applicant, is requesting a Land Development Code text amendment to Section 13.21.110, related to private streets and private lanes. File #4Z21. The City of Taylorsville is requesting a Land Development Code text amendment to Section 13.08.020; Section 13.23.170; and Chapter 13.36, related to drive-up and drive-through uses and corresponding definitions. File #8Z21. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
