Description/Agenda: Notice of Election to be Held for the Town of Leamington Notice is hereby given that the year 2021 is an election year for (2) four-year Council positions and (1) four-year Mayoral position which will begin on the first Monday of January in 2022. If there are a sufficient number of candidates, a Primary Election will be held August 10, 2021. A candidate must be a US citizen, at least 18 years old, a registered voter, and a resident of Leamington Town for at least 12 consecutive months prior to November 2, 2021. A Declaration of Candidacy must be filed with the Leamington Town Clerk (Ann Finlinson) in Leamington, UT between June 1 and June 7, 2021. Potential candidates are hereby advised that an ordinance is in force that requires compliance with Campaign Finance Disclosure requirements through the election process.
