NOTICE OF INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE WASHINGTON TERRACE CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND THE FOLLOWING TAXING ENTITIES: (1) WASHINGTON TERRACE CITY, (2) WEBER COUNTY, (3) WEBER SCHOOL DISTRICT, (4) WEBER BASIN WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT, (5) CENTRAL WEBER SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, (6) WEBER COUNTY MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT, AND (7) WEBER AREA DISPATCH 911 AND EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT. Pursuant to Sections 11-13-219 and 17C-5-205, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, the Washington Terrace City Redevelopment Agency (the 'Agency'), Washington Terrace City (the 'City'), Weber County (the 'County'), Weber School District (the 'School District'), Weber Basin Water Conservancy District (the 'Water District'), Central Weber Sewer Improvement District (the 'Sewer District'), Weber County Mosquito Abatement District (the 'Mosquito District'), and Weber Area Dispatch 911 and Emergency Services District (the '911 District') are providing notice with respect to the individual Interlocal Agreements (the 'Interlocal Agreements') entered into, separately and individually, by and between the Agency and the various taxing entities ( collectively the 'Taxing Entities'). The Interlocal Agreements provide that the Taxing Entities will remit to the Agency annually a portion of the tax increment generated within the South Pointe Community Reinvestment Area (the 'Project Area') for the purpose of providing funds to the Agency to carry out the Project Area Plan. The first payment of tax increment from all Taxing Entities to the Agency will occur at the Agency's written request to the Weber County Auditor's Office but shall be no later than 2024. A summary of the salient terms of each respective Interlocal Agreement is as follows: Taxing Entity Duration Percent City 16 Years 50% County 16 Years 50% School District 16 Years 50% Water District 16 Years 50% Sewer District 16 Years 50% Mosquito District 16 Years 50% 911 District 16 Years 50% Copies of the Interlocal Agreements are and will be available for public inspection and copying at the Agency's offices located at 5249 S. 400 E., Washington Terrace, Utah, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, for a period of at least 30 days following the date of publication of this notice (the '30-Day Period). During the 30-Day Period, any person of interest may contest the Interlocal Agreements (both individually or collectively) or the procedures used to adopt them (both individually or collectively) if the Interlocal Agreement(s) or the procedures fail to comply with any applicable statutory requirements. After the 30-Day Period, no person may contest the Interlocal Agreement for any cause.
