NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING April 14, 2021 On Tuesday April 27th, at 7:30 p.m. Mona City Council will call a meeting at 20 West Center Street in the Council Chambers, Mona, Utah, Juab County for the purpose of inviting public comment on the proposed issue to Adopt an Ordinance for an impact fee facilities plan and impact fee analysis and imposing certain impact fees; providing for the calculation and collection of such fees; providing for appeal, accounting and severability of the same, and other related matters. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. This notice will be posted at the United States Post Office, Mona Utah Branch, Gaydeans's Sweet Art, Published on the Utah State Website, and noticed in the Times News Publication, Nephi, Utah. If special accommodations are needed to participate in this hearing, please call the Mona City office at least 48 hours prior to the Public Hearing at 435-623-4913 Posted by Order of Mona City Council on April 19th, 2021.
