CITY OF SANTA CLARA NOTICE OF ELECTION NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Santa Clara will hold a Municipal Election this year to elect persons to the following offices: - Mayor Seat - Four Year Term - 2 Council Seats - Four Year Term Given a sufficient number of candidates, a Primary Election will be held on Tuesday August 10, 2021. The Municipal General Election will be held on Tuesday November 2, 2021. Qualifications to be a candidate are: 1. Be a US Citizen at the time of filing 2. Be a registered voter of the municipality 3. Be a resident of the municipality for a period of 365 consecutive days immediately preceding the date of the election. (Utah Code 10-3-301; 20A-9-201; 20A-9-203) Qualified persons are to file with the City Recorder or Admin Staff during normal office hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Mon.- Friday from June 1, 2021 thru June 7, 2021 at the Santa Clara Town Hall at 2603 Santa Clara Drive. Candidate Filing forms are available at the Santa Clara City Office at 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara Utah. All candidates for election are subject to Campaign Finance Disclosure regulations.
