Bown PRAYER: Kelly Sue Mellor 1) REVIEW MINUTES: John Made the Motion to Accept the Minutes with the changes needed. Kelly Sue seconds the Motion. Minutes were Passed. Changes have been made. 2) REVIEW EXPENDITURES: Brandon Makes the Motion to Accept the Expenditures. John seconds the Motion. Expenditures were Passed. 3) ADDRESS GARTH MELLOR'S SOIL DECISION: Garth was not present. 4) CIB WILL TALK WITH US: There is a new Website for Six County. We were encouraged to use it and let the Town Citizen's know about it. It is sixcounty.com They talked to us about having one goal or project for the year. This year it will be redoing our roads in Town. Leadership Summit will be in May this year. They will address the Inland Port. Mitigation: Keep Town Cleaned up, Fire Mitigation plan, Flood area. Brandon Makes a Motion to Accept this Resolution. John seconds the Motion. Motion Passes. They also encouraged us to get a Planning and Zoning committee together. 5) NATHAN KING WATER REPORT: Nathan reported that the Water situation is still good. He is still working on the Cross Connection testing. He is also checking on the Valves. He is up on reporting the water tests. 6) ANIMAL CLINIC TIME? We need to set up an Animal clinic for April, possibly the 10th of the month. 7) TOWN CLEAN-UP APRIL 24TH Town Council have projects to do for the 24th for Town Clean-up. We would like to have the Dumpster emptied twice if possible. Also do another dump in the Fall. We will serve Hot Dogs and Chips and Cookies for lunch. April 21-28th is when the Dumpster will be here for the Citizen's to use. 8) KELLY SUE WANTS TO REZONE HER PROPERTY: Kelly Sue would like to put an Impound Lot behind her House and is asking the Town to Re-zone the property. She has done a lot of research on the things that need to be done to make it properly done and managed. John Made the Motion to Re-zone as long as all rules are followed. Katie seconds the Motion. The Motion passes. 9) JULY 24TH ACTIVITIES, WHAT WE NEED: Ammon and Jamie Sorensen said that they would be in charge of the July 24th Celebration this year. The Town will offer $1000.oo towards the things needed for the Celebration. CITIZEN'S CONCERNS: We need to put together a Planning and Zoning Committee. We have had no meetings in a long time. EMERGENCY SESSION (If needed) TOWN COUNCIL ITEMS: JED BARTHOLOMEW, MAYOR: Water, Weeds, Office, Cemetery BRANDON JENSEN: Flags, P&Z, Park JOHN BOWN: Animal Control, Fire Meeting's, Cemetery KELLY SUE MELLOR: Celebrations, Grants KATIE LYMAN: Website, Newsletter, Emergency Preparedness, Recorder ADJOURNMENT OF TOWN MEETING: Brandon makes Motion to Adjourn Meeting. Katie seconds the Motion. Motion passes.
