WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements under Utah Code Ann. §11-36a-502, §11-36a-503 and §11-36a-504 that West Valley City, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, intends to adopt an amended impact fee facilities plan, impact fee analysis, and impact fee enactment. The proposed impact fee facilities will be located in a service area that includes the entire City and the proposed impact fee enactment will apply to the entire City. The proposed amendment would change impact fees for storm drainage, park, road, fire, and police impact fees. The proposed impact fee facilities plan and a summary of that plan, impact fee analysis, and impact fee enactment area available for public review at all public libraries within City limits, as well as at the City Recorder's Office and on the City's website at http://www.wvc-ut.gov. A study meeting will be held on April 27, 2021 at 4:30 PM. A public hearing where citizens and other interested parties may offer comments and input will be held on May 4, 2021 at 6:30 PM. Both meetings may be held electronically.
