PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 22nd, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: The session will be broadcast live via YouTube at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/user/PleasantGroveCity Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 1877 W State St. (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Ridgepoint Management Group LLC (Susan Palmer) for a preliminary commercial subdivision plat called Battle Creek Business Park Plat 'B' on property located at approximately 1877 West State Street in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at Approx. 1877 W State St. (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Ridgepoint Management Group LLC (Susan Palmer) for a site plan for 4 three-story, multi-tenant, professional office buildings on property located at approximately 1877 W State Street in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 220 S 2500 W (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Chad Nielson for a site plan for a two-story professional office building on property located at approximately 220 South 2500 West in The Grove Zone - Mixed Housing Subdistrict. Public Hearing: City Code Text Amendment - Section 10-6-2: Definitions; Boarding and Rooming House (City Wide) Public hearing to consider amendments to City Code Section 10-6-2: Definitions; Boarding and Rooming House, to modify the definition of 'Boarding and Rooming House.' Public Hearing: Code Text Amendment - Section 10-9A- 2: Permitted, Conditional and Accessory Uses Public Hearing to consider a request from Pleasant Grove City to amend City Code Section 10-9A-2: Permitted, Conditional and Accessory Uses to remove listed Use #5440 (Candy, nut and confectionary), Use #6299 (Other personal services, NEC (includes wedding chapels, reception centers, babysitting bureaus, and reducing salons), Use #7500 (Resorts and group camps), Use #7400 (Recreation Activities), and Use #1516 (Bed and breakfast inn) from the list of conditional uses in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone.
