Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Enterprise City Council will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 7:00 pm or shortly thereafter in the City Council Chambers at 375 S. 200 E., Enterprise, UT. The Council will hear public comment on the Randy and Anita Terry Petition for Annexation to Enterprise City. The proposed Terry Addition is 10 acres more or less located adjacent to 300 South St. The public is encouraged to attend. Persons requesting assistance for participation in compliance with ADA provisions may contact the City Office at least 48 hours prior to the public hearing.
