- Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a request from Lance Paulson for a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone 0.3 acres of property at 2751 E. Fort Union Blvd. from R-1-8 (Residential Single-Family) to RO (Residential Office). Please see reverse side of this notice for a vicinity map of this project location. The Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will hold a Work Session Meeting at approximately 5:00 p.m., and a Business Meeting beginning at approximately 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Wednesday, April 21st, 2021 electronically. In view of the current Covid-19 pandemic, these meetings will occur only electronically, without a physical location, as authorized by the Governor's Executive Order 2020-05 dated 18 March 2020 and related legislation enacted after this date. The public may remotely hear the open portions of these meetings through live broadcast by connecting to http://mixlr.com/chmeetings. Comments received by this deadline will be entered into the record and distributed to the Planning Commission prior to the meeting.
