NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm digitally via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85320189675 or by phone at 253-215-8782, Meeting ID: 853 2018 9675 to discuss the following matters: Public Hearing - Site Plan for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Temple for approximately 12.27 acres at approximately 1025 S 2500 W Public Hearing - Site Plan for The Arlo Apartments for approximately 11.2 acres at approximately 1600 W 1700 S Public Hearing - Site Plan for the Antelope Business Condos of approximately 1.145 acres at approximately 1475 W Antelope Drive Public Hearing - Subdivision for the Antelope Business Condos of approximately 1.145 acres at approximately 1475 W Antelope Drive Public Hearing - Rezone for Abington of approximately 9.14 acres from Agricultural (A-1) to Mixed Use (MXD) at approximately 1550 W 300 S Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at planningdepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (and by mail) at 1979 W 1900 S, Syracuse, UT 84075. Comments must be received at least five hours before the meeting. Comments received by the deadline will be read for a maximum of three minutes each; any unread remainder in excess of three minutes will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review at the Community Development Department and are posted at least twenty-four hours before the meeting at https://www.syracuseut.gov/AgendaCenter/ in the Planning Commission Category. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
