- South Salt Lake City Notice of Public Hearing Public notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 22, 2021. This meeting will be an electronic meeting commencing at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. There will be no city employees or representatives at the anchor location of South Salt Lake City Hall and all participants will connect remotely through a Zoom meeting. The link is available on the city website. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL AMENDING 20 SECTIONS OF TITLE 17 TO CLARIFY CERTAIN PROVISIONS, AMENDING ERRORS RESULTING FROM THE COMPREHENSIVE RECODIFICATION OF TITLE 17, AMENDING THE CODE TO COMPLY WITH NEW STATE CODE REFERENCES, ADOPTING A NEW TOWNHOME OVERLAY DISTRICT WITHIN TITLE 17, MODIFYING ALL TOWNHOME REFERENCES WITHIN TITLE 17, AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO INCLUDE THE NEWLY ESTABLISHED TOWNHOME OVERLAY DISTRICT. Notice is further given that the public is invited to attend and present oral and/or written testimony regarding this petition to the Department of Community Development.
