PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE EASTERN SUMMIT COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENTS Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council in accordance with Section 11-5-3 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code will conduct a public hearing and possibly adopt an ordinance amending Section 11-6 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code. The purpose of the amendment is to create regulations that would allow the use of solar energy systems on private property.
