The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order; a. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Laree Brown Subdivision consisting of 3 lots located at approximately 290 East 300 South. Tax Id. #10-016-0010 b. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval of the concept plan for the Wild Plum Estates Subdivision consisting of 4 lots total, located at 91 West 300 North. Tax Id. #11-079-0015 c. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval of the concept plan for the Pallets of Utah consisting of 4 lots total, located at approximately 4300 South 3000 West. Tax Id. #11-091-0010 d. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a code amendment, in chapter 10.18.010 titled Site Development Standards Established, and repeal open space requirements for commercial and industrial development. 7. Other zoning matters
